Silver Watchdogs is a free website that teaches retirees how to use public records and the Grok Bot app to see how public money is spent, check out businesses and charities, spot scams, and send real concerns to the proper authorities.

- People with no experience in research or computers. Every guide is step by step.
- It works on an iPad, a phone, or a computer.
Nonpartisan, for everyone
Silver Watchdogs does not support or oppose any political party, candidate, or cause. Liberals, conservatives, and everyone in between are welcome here. Fraud is not a left or right issue. It takes money from all of us.
Who runs it
Silver Watchdogs was started by a retiree as a free, volunteer, educational project. It is not a business. We do not sell anything, we do not ask for donations, and there are no ads.
Silver Watchdogs is a private volunteer website. It is not a government agency and is not connected to any government office.
A note from the founder
Hello, and welcome. I am a retiree, and I split my time between Arizona and Michigan. I'm just concerned, and I've decided to get more involved because I love my country.
I started Silver Watchdogs because I wanted to know how public money is spent in my own community, and I thought other retirees might want to know too. You do not need to be an expert, and you do not need to point fingers. Looking at public records and asking a polite question is something any of us can do.
I believe fraud is found one town at a time, and nothing is too small.
People of every political view are welcome here. This is about our shared tax dollars, not about parties.
